For Goods to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

Personalized items are not eligible for return.
Only regularly priced Goods are eligible for a refund. Goods purchased on sale cannot be refunded.
We reserve the right to decline returns of any merchandise that does not meet these return conditions at our discretion.

We cannot assume responsibility for Goods that are damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of successful return delivery.
Refund Policy
Given that the conditions for returns are fulfilled, we will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned Goods. The same payment method used for the Order will be employed for reimbursement, and you will not incur any associated fees.
